From the dashboard, it’s easy to open a support ticket and request assistance from the Zen Hosting team.
Under the Open Support Ticket heading on the Client Area Home screen, click the Open New Ticket button on the right side. A web page will load and you need to choose the Department that your enquiry should be forwarded to.
Please be sure to include as much information as possible and if applicable, include screenshots and choose the applicable service.
All tickets, by default, have a priority of medium.
