When you’re at the Client Area login screen, click the “Request a Password Reset” link, enter the email address that you used to sign up to Zen Hosting, and click the Submit button.

You’ll be sent an email with a link in it.  After clicking the link, you’ll be able to set a new password. 

Please ensure you create a strong password.


You’ll be sent an email confirming that you have reset your password.
